Can I use cash or cheques for payment?
No, we do not accept cash or cheque payments, payments need to be made by Credit / Debit Card – in-store or online.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
All customers are required to pay a refundable security deposit before storing which is usually one weeks storage fees. The deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage to the room after you have vacated.
Can I use my own insurance cover or do I have to use Stuff Selfstores contents protection?
We would always recommend using our own specialist self storage contents protection, which in the event of a claim, will provide you with both the appropriate cover and support.
How do I cancel my reservations?
To cancel just contact us before your reservation expiry date, which is displayed on your reservation confirmation email and we will cancel your reservation immediately if you want to change your move in date or room size, just contact the store.
How much does storage cost?
The cost of storage depends on a number of factors such as, how long you want it for and what size room you need. You can get an instant online quote via the website or pop in and see us. All prices are for a monthly cost including VAT. Storage is charged 4 weekly and in advance.
How will I receive my refund?
This will depend on how you made previous payments on your account:
How often can I access my room?
You can access your room and STUFF as frequently as you like during opening hours.
Do I have to pre book a room?
It is not a requirement to pre book a room but its advisable to avoid disappointment of rooms not being available. We will always try our best to get you the room size you require.

8.30am – 6pm Monday – Fri
9am – 5pm Saturday
10am – 4pm Sunday
How do I book a room?
Rooms can be booked and paid for online using or instant quotation or you can pop into the store and book directly with our friendly staff.
What is the minimum time I can rent a room?
The minimum time allowed for renting a room is 1 month.
How long does it take to secure a room and move my stuff in?
Rooms can be booked in minutes online or in the store, how quick can you load your car!
Are there trollies onsite to help move my stuff into the rooms?
Yes we have trollies available to use free of charge to move your stuff.
